Property walkthrough links

Videos remain with the third-party service you use, such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Zafex stores the links in its administration system so the team can assess your enquiry. Only share material you are authorised to provide, avoid unrelated personal information, and use view-only access. You can revoke the provider's link permission at any time.

Lawful basis

Enquiry information is processed to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. Where consent is requested, you may withdraw it.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Necessary hosting, email or professional providers may process it. Enquiry information and links are retained only as long as reasonably required for assessment, business records and legal duties.
